The above fees include VAT 19%. The fees cover all conference material, access to the conference rooms and the exhibition, refreshment breaks and lunch on each day of the conference.
Companies who enroll 3 or more employees gain a 10% total discount on fees.
Students should fax a copy of their Student ID together with the registration form.
Payment options include bank transfer, charge of a credit card, or cheque payable to the Hellenic American Union. All payments are due prior to the conference. The bank accounts available for payment are mentioned on the registration form.
A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing by March 5, 2008. No refunds will be granted after March 5, 2008. Companies may arrange for a substitute attendee if a note to transfer registration to another employee is sent in writing.
You can also register by filing in the registration form and fax it to the Hellenic American Union. Your registration is not complete until full payment is received.
