The fees cover access to the conference and exhibition rooms, all conference material during and after the event, refreshment breaks and lunch for both days of the conference.
Companies who enroll 3 or more employees gain a 10% total discount on fees.
Students should fax a copy of their Student ID together with the registration form to take advantage of the reduced student fee.
Offline Registration: fill in the Registration Form and fax it to the Hellenic American Union. Please note that your registration is not complete until full payment is received
Online Registration: use the Online Registration button below. Please note that you will need to use a valid credit card to complete your registration. Group online registration is not available; if you are an employer and wish to take advantage of the 10% discount please use the offline registration option.
Payment options include bank transfer, charge of a credit card, or cheque payable to the Hellenic American Union. All payments are due prior to the conference. You can locate the bank accounts that are available for conference payments on the registration form.
A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing by November 30, 2009. No refunds will be granted thereafter. Companies may arrange for a substitute attendee and notify the Hellenic American Union accordingly.
