Nikolaos Samaras studied law in the UK and following this he completed his Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster. He did postgraduate studies in Principles of Organization and Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Law Society of England and Wales. He has worked extensively in the field of contract law and in particular with contracts governed by English law and jurisdiction clauses. He has worked with law firms in Greece, the United Kingdom and the United States. He has been involved in contract negotiations with regard to several infrastructure projects for the Athens 2004 Olympics. He is an advisor to legal entities as well as to natural persons. He has participated in several conferences in Greece, Europe and Asia.
