PMP, Director, Vice Chair, 2011 Project Management Institute Board of Directors
Mr. Monkhouse is the Vice Chair of the PMI Board of Directors and Director of Strategic Development and Operations at the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, Ryerson University. Throughout his career, Mr. Monkhouse has led projects in the areas of consulting, engineering, information technology, and organizational change for multinational organizations. Mr. Monkhouse is also actively working with the Canadian members and other country representatives to develop the new ISO 21500 Project Management Standard. He is past president of the PMI Southern Ontario Chapter, which is one of PMI’s largest chapters with over 4000 members, and was accredited as “PMI Chapter of the Year” in 2005. He has also served on a number of PMI’s Member Advisory Groups, and was one of the 17 members on the Community Transformation Project Action Plan.
